Business Development Manager

Remote

As a Business Development Manager with Gemini Energy Solutions, you will own the relationship management with city officials, publically owned utility companies, and other relevant stakeholders connected to municipalities. In this role, you will be sourcing and managing new customer contracts to upload into Salesforce CRM system.

Gemini is seeking applicants who are able to build rapport and lead strategic customer acquisition strategies to expand the Gemini portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Lead new employee training & orientation workshops.
  • Create original content ensuring topics are covered both legally and appropriately for new employees.
  • Drive the organization’s values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
